Tom was born and raised in Arkansas and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. After obtaining his law license in 1999, Tom worked for an internationally renowned firm in Dallas, Texas, representing many Fortune-500 companies. When Tom had the opportunity to return to his home state in 2002, he settled in Little Rock to work for one of the state’s preeminent insurance defense litigation firms.
